The item arrived in a robust packaging box that had no damage. But the metal housing inside had a dent that must have been there before it was sent. Even the NaOH was in the package! Though no English manual is provided one can be found on the web. What really concerns me is that only ONE nozzle for the torch is delivered. And no chance to find spare parts for it :( Any idea what to do?
